The appartment is situated on the third floor of this grand building, but don't worry about the stairs as lift access is available.

GENERAL INFORMATION

Taxe de Sejour: Dinard levies a tourism tax for each person renting a holiday home in Dinard. The level of tax varies depending upon the type and location of each property, ranging from € 0.50 to € 2.00 per person per day. The rate for this property has been set at € 1.50 meaning that for a seven day holiday each adult will be taxed € 10.50, children aged between 5 and 18 years € 5.25. There is no charge for children under 5 years of age. We are charged with collecting this money on behalf of the mayors office and will advise the exact amount when the number and makeup of the party is confirmed.
